Glasses Malone

Born in Los Angeles, Charles Phillip Ivory Penniman, better known as Glasses Malone, is an American rapper who grew up in Watts and Compton neighborhoods. Influenced by the gang lifestyle, Glasses joined the Crip gang as a teenager. His musical talents have guided his music career leading to deals with Cash Money Records, while turning down offers from many labels like Def Jam, Atlantic Records and more. Malone considers himself a social expert who enjoys discussing uncommon aspects about life, that’s not generally the consensus of mainstream society.
